Patricia Project
The Patricia Project was created to provide therapy dolls to dementia patients and others who may benefit.
The potential benefits* include, but are not limited to:
Giving the patient something positive to focus on
Helping the patient feel useful and needed
Bringing back happy memories of parenthood
Promoting a feeling of relaxation, not merely “playing” with a toy
Since July 2023, we have had the pleasure of supplying several local facilities with dolls for their residents, as well as our local hospice center.
Our new dolls are 20 inches in size, and each is clothed with a different set of pajamas to assist the resident in identifying their own.
Dolls are available in 4 ethnicities: Caucasian, African-American, Hispanic and Asian.
